    • min. number of days before check-in - if you want this rate to be hidden for everyone when there are less than the specified days before the check-in date, this parameter is for you. Often used for discounted rates for early booking. Example: If you indicate 30 and there are 22 days till check-in date at the moment of booking, the system just does not show such fare, it hides it. If you indicate 30 and there are 31 or more days left to check-in at the time of booking, the system will show the fare.
    • number of days left to make prepayment - the system will calculate until what date you have to make the prepayment and show that information to the customer in the first email after booking
    • pricing for each date (can be different (there is mass entry by date range or by day of week)):
      • single occupancy - applies in 2 cases: when the person is alone or when there is one adult and one child without a seat. It is understood that the mother comes with an infant and the system counts at the price of single occupancy.
      • main seat - applies when the adult guest is accommodated in the main seat.
      • additional space - applies to any guest with an additional seat.
      • places for children of different ages - applies to the charging of different types of guests marked "children", in the main places.
      • for children without a place of different ages - applies to the tariffing of children, when accommodated without a place
      • for each type of guest individually - the system displays each day of the year and a list of guest types, you set a different rate for each type of guest.
    • tariff name - very often for each room type hotels create several rates with different conditions, so it is convenient to briefly reflect these differences in the name of the rate. TYPES OF GUESTS
